In progress: Concrete block retaining wall. Due to location of wall, patio, and grade of lot, a drainage pipe was dug down and installed behind wall and perimeter.
In progress: Concrete block retaining wall. Dry well dug at lowest point of lot. Drainage pipe pitched into dry well, directing water from side of house away from wall and patio, dissipating into water table safely away from house.

Basement de-watering job in Arlington MA. Open gravel trench around perimeter. Gravel covers a 4” perforated pipe that is wrapped in fabric. Glass board attached to wall and buried in trench. Concrete is hand mixed, poured over top, and finished.
Finished pool with bluestone coping that was templated, cut, and set using a bonding agent. Tile set using latex fortified thin-set mortar and grouted with reinforced polymer grout. New products make sure tile application around pool will last and grout will not stain or fade.
Exterior mortar joint of bluestone coping for pool set up against a foam expansion joint. Foam has perforated line in which top edge is removed after installation. Joint caulked with a premium polyurethane caulking.
Finished all glass tile shower. Sheeted tiles with interlocking ½ x 4-5” glass tile slivers. 2 x 2” porcelain shower floor and frameless glass door.
Walk-in shower with 12 x 12” Italian porcelain tile laid on standard stacked bond. Ceiling fully tiled, quartz corner soap dishes installed, and accent strip midway through shower made of same material cut in slivers on a brick bond.
Floor of shower tiled with natural river rocks specially treated for this type of installation, set with special epoxy adhesive. Grouted with commercial grade epoxy grout, ensuring proper waterproof installation.
